Mid-Year Registration

Please complete a separate registration for each student in your family.
Once registered you will recieve an email from crownballetinfo@gmail.com confirming your student’s registration. Attached will be Dress Code requirements.
Payment is due at the first class. (Check or venmo @crown-ballet).
Mid-Year classes begin the week of January 12th and continue weekly. The year will conclude with a Spring Performance at the end of May 2026. Please see Class Schedule for important dates and breaks.
There will be a Costume Rental Fee due before the Spring Performance. This is $25.00/student. This can be paid at any point throughout the year.
If you are unsure of which class to register your dancer for or all the class options are full for your dancer’s age, pleas contact Miss Mia at 315-777-5275.

I hereby give permission for images of my child, captured during Crown Ballet’s 2025-2026 Classes through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of Crown Ballet’s promotional material.

As parent/legal guardian, I hereby consent that my child may participate in Crown Ballet’s 2025-2026 Classes. I recognize that potentially severe injuries can occur in any activity involving dance. I understand that it is the express intent of Crown Ballet to provide for the safety and protection of my child. I release Crown Ballet and all corresponding personnel from all liability for any and all damages and injuries suffered by my child while under their instruction.
