Please complete a separate registration for each student in your family.
Once Registered you will receive an email from crownballetinfo@gmail.com confirming your student’s registration! Attached will be information on what to bring to class and Dress Code requirements.
All Ballerina Camps are Tuesday-Friday 9a-12p with a small performance held at the studio on the Friday for parents, grand-parents & close friends!
The Summer Ballet Mini Session classes will begin Monday June 30th and continue weekly until August 25th. Attendance is flexible with family vacations, camping, etc. Come for as many classes as you can make it!
Payment is due at the first class for all Summer Camps and Classes. (Cash, Check or Venmo @crown-ballet). If you would like to pay beforehand, please contact Mia for mailing options.
All Ballerina Camps: $185
Summer Ballet Mini Session: $250

I hereby give permission for images of my child, captured during Crown Ballet’s 2025 Summer Camps & Classes through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of Crown Ballet’s promotional material.

As parent/legal guardian, I hereby consent that my child may participate in Crown Ballet’s 2025 Summer Camps & Classes. I recognize that potentially severe injuries can occur in any activity involving dance. I understand that it is the express intent of Crown Ballet to provide for the safety and protection of my child. I release Crown Ballet and all corresponding personnel from all liability for any and all damages and injuries suffered by my child while under their instruction.
