Summer Registration

Please complete a separate registration for each student in your family.
Once registered you will receive an email from crownballetinfo@gmail.com confirming your student’s registration. Attached will be specific Camp/Class details, Dress Code requirements, payment information, etc.
Ballerina Camp July 14-17 for ages 3-8. Tuesday-Friday 9:30-noon with a performance on Friday July 17th. Payment is due on July 1st ($185)
***Ballet Camp July 19-24 for ages 9-12. Registration is through Beaver Camp’s website: www.beavercamp.org*** Payment is through Beaver Camp.
Summer Pointe Session for ages 11-18. Weekly Monday classes 9:30 to noon from 6/29 through 8/17. Payment is due at the first class ($250)

I hereby give permission for images of my child, captured during Crown Ballet’s 2026 Summer Camps & Classes through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of Crown Ballet’s promotional material.

As parent/legal guardian, I hereby consent that my child may participate in Crown Ballet’s 2026 Summer Camps & Classes. I recognize that potentially severe injuries can occur in any activity involving dance. I understand that it is the express intent of Crown Ballet to provide for the safety and protection of my child. I release Crown Ballet and all corresponding personnel from all liability for any and all damages and injuries suffered by my child while under their instruction.
